Authentic leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room.

It’s about knowing your values, using your strengths with intention, and creating conditions where others can do their best work.

In two hours, you’ll learn a simple framework for noticing your strengths, mapping your values to actions, and defining “what leadership looks like for me”—in a way that respects culture, role, and neurotype.

Odette Jansen

Facilitating this workshop, Odette Jansen, with 15 years in UX and a Master’s in Education. She has led research, content, and experimentation teams in complex, global organizations, and has designed and facilitated workshops and training for professionals at all levels. As a neurodivergent UX professional, accessibility and inclusion are at the forefront of all workshop development so anyone can partake and succeed in a way that fits them.

No formal assessment/certificate for this workshop. You’ll receive confirmation of participation (certification of completion) and study load hours.

Do I need leadership experience?

No. This workshop meets you where you are, because everyone needs leadership skills, even if it's not your official title. 

Will we work in groups?

Optional small breakouts; solo reflection is always supported
